If mealtimes feel stressful, youโ€™re not alone.

Perhaps your child eats only a handful of foods.

Maybe every meal feels like a negotiation.

You might be worried about nutrition, growth, gut symptoms or whether your childโ€™s eating is โ€œnormalโ€.

Feeding challenges are complex – and you donโ€™t have to navigate them alone.

A gentle, supportive approach to children’s nutrition.

  • Compassionate – supporting children and families with empathy, respect and encouragement – without blame, shame or pressure.
  • Evidence informed – using current nutrition science and practical strategies tailored to your child’s individual needs.
  • Family-centred – working alongside your family to create realistic changes that fit everyday life.
  • Neurodiversity-affirming – respecting your child’s unique strengths, preferences and sensory needs.
  • Relationship-focused – helping children develop confidence, trust and enjoyment around food.

Who I Support.

Every child is unique, and so is their relationship with food. I provide compassionate, personalised nutrition support for babies, children and teenagers at every stage of their feeding journey.

Feeding Challenges.

Many children experience challenges with eating at some point. I support families navigating selective eating, food refusal, fussy eating, mealtime stress and worries about whether their child is eating enough, or too much.

Together, we’ll focus on building confidence around food while creating calmer, more positive mealtimes.

Neurodiversity.

I support autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent children with nutrition approaches that respect their unique strengths, sensory needs and individual experiences.

Together, we’ll create practical strategies that support nutrition, wellbeing and confidence around food.

Gut Health.

Digestive symptoms can affect a child’s comfort, confidence and relationship with food. I support children experiencing reflux, constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, IBS and other gut concerns.

We’ll work together to find realistic nutrition strategies that support healthy digestion at every age.

Food Allergies + Intolerances.

Managing food allergies or intolerances can feel overwhelming. I help families support their child’s nutritional needs while safely navigating food restrictions and maintaining variety.

Nutrition Through Childhood.

From starting solids through to the school years, nutrition needs change as children grow. I support families with growth concerns, iron intake, balanced eating patterns and everyday nutrition.

Teen Nutrition.

The teenage years bring unique challenges including changing appetites, body image concerns, sport nutrition needs and developing independence with food.

I provide supportive, non-diet nutrition care to help teens feel confident and empowered.

How We Work Together.

1.

Get to know your child.

Every child is unique. I’ll take the time to understand not only what your child eats, but their health, development, personality, routines and family life.

2.

Understand the why.

Together we’ll explore what’s influencing your child’s eating, whether it’s sensory, medical, developmental, nutritional or emotional.

3.

Create a family plan.

I’ll create a personalised nutrition plan with realistic strategies that fit your child’s needs, your family’s values and your everyday life.

4.

Supporting every stage.

Together we’ll celebrate every success, adapt the plan as needed, and build lifelong confidence around food.
